Staple Lock Mining

The Steinen FLUSH-FIT™ staple locking nozzle (Type 603-2801) is available in 303 stainless steel, manufactured by HAHN Industries, a Division of Steinen. These staple locking spray nozzles produce a precision uniform spray are generally used in Longwall and Continuous Miner applications. The spray nozzles are available in a wide range of inserts to provide different spray patterns. Typical applications are for bit flushing and dust suppression to mineral extraction shear drums.

General purpose square sprays:

• Available in orifice diameters of 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm and 3.0mm in cone, whirl and jet spray configurations
• No threads to damage and the spray nozzles can be easily and quickly cleaned or replaced
• Maximum working pressure is 250 PSI
• Replaces Conflow Code 2801 drum sprays
